1. I LOVE YOUR WORK! YOU ARE SO INCREDIBLY TALENTED ! WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO START HAIR AND MAKEUP BY SOPHIE?

My boyfriend was actually the one that inspired me. I had always wanted to work from the comfort of my own home. Seeing him work 12 hours a day/everyday and be so career driven drove me even more and he helped push me to where I’m at today

2. WHAT HAS BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT OF YOUR CAREER AND WHY?

The highlight of my career was when I took that step forward and started my own business as my own boss. It’s something that everyone dreams about and after 15 years of hairdressing I finally did it!

3. WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR BIGGEST CHALLENGE YET AND HOW DID YOU OVERCOME IT?

The biggest challenge was probably the fear of no longer working for someone with a secure position, being scared you may not get busy or not living up to your own goals. I had to just let it all go and take it as it comes. Or then you end up putting yourself through it twice if you worry about something before there’s even something to worry about.

4. WHAT IS YOUR BUSINESS GOAL FOR 2019?

I want to live my best life while still being able to transform everyone into goddesses

5.WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO YOUNG GIRLS INSPIRING TO BE A BOSS BABE?

Go out there and do it! If you’ve got that talent don’t waste it working under someone else. Go be your own boss
