1.WHEN DID YOU DECIDE TO START THE AMAZING WORK YOU DO ?

I started working in health and fitness 2 years ago after overcoming post natal depression naturally through exercise and nutrition. I wanted to create a platform for people to have when they weren’t feeling themselves.

2. WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE INSPIRATIONAL QUOTE AND WHY?

When the caterpillar thought its world was over it became a butterfly. This saying means so much to me as when I thought my world was over, I was able to find the strength to keep going and create a whole new world which was so much more beautiful.

3. WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR BIGGEST CHALLENGE TO DATE AND HOW DID YOU OVERCOME IT?

I’ve faced two challenges to date. Number one being my post natal depression. Having thoughts of wanting to end my life at a time when I had 3 babies who needed me more than anyone in the world. I overcame this by turning to health and fitness, finding self love and believing in myself. To truly succeed we must first believe.

My second biggest challenge was my marriage. Having an unhealthy relationship where I felt un-appreciated and minimal support raising our babies. Learning to put myself first and overcoming traditional and cultural expectations to find inner peace and happiness resulted in the end of my marriage however I am in a happier place and so are my children.

4. WHO IS YOUR BIGGEST MOTIVATION?

My parents and my children. My parents came to this country not speaking the language and worked so hard to build an empire. My children motivate me daily to be the best version of me in order to pour from a full cup not an empty one.

5.WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO OTHER MOTHERS INSPIRING TO BE A BOSS BABE BUT ARE WORRIED THEY WON'T BE ABLE TO JUGGLE EVERYTHING?

Believe in yourself, don’t allow the opinions or judgment of others to stop you from chasing your dreams. You can be mum and boss babe and a partner and so many things all at once. Loving yourself and chasing your dreams is not selfish.
