1. WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO BECOME AN ENTREPRENEUR, BOSS BABE AND MENTOR TO YOUNG GIRLS GLOBALLY?

One of the main ones being looking at other influencers on Instagram such as @daiseyodonnell & @missellie_o and seeing how successful they have become, and how hard they’ve worked to get the things that they want today. It inspired me to work hard, as it’s so true that if you work hard, then it always pays off & you will be successful. Looking at Kylie Jenner’s Instagram posts also motivated me to want to start promoting & blogging. The reason for this is that all her photos were amazing, all the things she had was amazing, and I know it’s because of her fame that she is able to have all of these things, however she has put her fame to good use and set up her own business Kylie Cosmetics which has now helped her become the youngest billionaire in the world. She is a really inspiring person for any age, especially the younger generation. Kylie Jenner was one of the reasons that I wanted to be a successful business women, and earn money independently. Since being young, I’ve always known that I’ve wanted to earn money myself, never wanted to work for anyone, and wanted to be my own boss. So when I left school I did so. I did attend college for 2 months, but it wasn’t for me so I decided to leave so I could push my career ever further, and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I’m not saying that this option is the best option for everyone, and if you are wanting a career in something that you know college & university would help you with, then 100% go for it, and keep pushing until you reach your goal. Never ever give up, because if you give up, you never wanted it in the first place.

2. TELL US MORE ABOUT EXACTLY ALL THE AMAZING THINGS YOU DO?

My full time job is now on Instagram being a Fashion Model & Influencer. I work every single day on this, and people always say ‘that’s not work’ or ‘hows that a job’, but I don’t think they understand the hard work and effort that goes into it all. It’s all the behind the scene things that they don’t see. It is a very very hard industry to be in, and to get yourself noticed is even harder. This is when I decided in August 2018 to create a Promo Programme. I was the first ever person to create one of these, and of course because of social media, it has now been copied quite a few times, but luckily mine has been the most successful. These Promo Programmes I wrote myself across nearly 100 pages of word documents. It gives people absolutely everything that they need to know about becoming a fashion influencer & blogger, and how exactly to get into the industry, and start your career. I help people gain followers, get brand collaborations, get free clothes sent to them to promote, and just start them off. I currently have over 700 people on my programme and it is growing each day. It is all done via 1-1 DM on Instagram, so as you can understand everyday I am bombarded with messages, which takes up most of my time in the day! I have some of the best results, which can be seen on my Instagram highlights on my Instagram profile (@georgiaportogallo). Some of the people in my team are now onto being paid by brands just to post photos to social media! It’s absolutely incredible. I then have all my own promo to do, as I get sent parcels every single day. Some days I get 9 or 10 parcels of things brands have sent me that I have to promote on my Instagram. I have to then schedule these in to when I’m going to post on Instagram. This also takes such a long time! 3. HOW DO YOU MANAGE TO BALANCE YOUR CAREER WITH YOUR SOCIAL/PERSONAL LIFE?

I find it quite easy really trying to balance it all. I have an extremely supportive boyfriend & family who understand that it is my job to take photos everywhere we go, take spare outfits with me when we go places so I can get changed into other outfits to take photos of, and they know I have to be on my phone a lot of the time. They’re very understanding and they get it! My sister does YouTube & incredible make up looks, so she is the same as me working all day & night, and our house is constantly all day filming, taking photos, editing, going Live on social media, and just being so busy trying to get all the things done! I also do spend a lot of quality time with Jordan even though I do spend time on Instagram. We are together every day as we live together, so he always takes my photos if my mum can’t, & he always helps me get the best angles. He’s so cute and always wants to help me out. He is very supportive! Him & my parents always travel across the country taking me to different photo shoots etc, as I can’t drive yet! I am currently taking lessons, so once I pass it will be so much easier to do myself! My Mum & Dad are very supportive of myself & my younger sister Claudia, and they help us out in every way possible. Just an example, they bought my sister all the set up for YouTube including apple computer, camera, editing system, microphone, ring lights etc, to help her get started with YouTube, and when I first started wanting to do blogging when I was in school, they used to buy me all the clothes from different Instagram boutiques so I could get noticed! If it wasn’t for them, I probably wouldn’t be where I am today on social media.

4. WHAT MOTIVATES YOU DAILY?

There are a few things that motivate me daily. I used to really struggle to be motivated, but I now know exactly what I want to achieve in my life & I have set my goals so now I want to succeed and be successful with them. This in its self motivates me to work hard every day! Also I absolutely LOVE making money. Every bit of money I make motivates me to want to make more. I really do think this is how you become successful. If you struggle with motivation, watch some motivation videos on YouTube, honestly there is some amazing ones. I sometimes watch videos such as how people became successful, and I even read things such as how Umar Kamani (Owner Of Pretty Little Thing) started, and how he became successful. This really does motivate me to work hard, and these people inspire me.

5.WHAT IS THE BEST ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO YOUNG GIRLS WHO ASPIRE TO BE A BOSS BABE JUST LIKE YOU, BUT DON'T KNOW HOW TO JUGGLE IT ALL?

Some advice I would give is to literally just believe in yourself. You are an amazing person. Set goals, and don’t stop working for them until you achieve them , and have succeeded in what you want to do. Always be happy, and if you’re doing something that you’re not happy doing, then change it. Never be unhappy, never ever compare yourself to other people as everyone is unique & special in their own way, & most importantly be confident and make sure you know who you are and what you want to do. Take the best path & pick the choices that are best for YOU, not anyone else. It is not their life, and you need to show everyone how amazing & how much of a BOSS BABE you can be. Anyone can do something if they put their mind to it! Believe me...
