1. WHEN DID YOU DECIDE YOU WANTED TO BECOME A MODEL AND INSPIRATION FOR WOMEN WORLDWIDE?

I was helping out a few friend’s companies and modeling for them, when I was pulled onto a big shoot and that lead me to working with Newmark models. At the time, I never would have guessed I would be doing it full time three years later. I had finally found something that I was passionate about and just dropped everything and went for it.

2. WHAT WAS THE MAIN CAMPAIGN/PHOTOSHOOT/MOMENT THAT LAUNCHED YOUR CAREER?

What was the main campaign/photo shoot/ moment that launched your career ? YFB on the road. I did a campaign for them and that lead me to Newmark models, the agency I am with.

3. WHO IS YOUR BIGGEST INSPIRATION IN THE INDUSTRY AND WHY?

The company that inspired me to pursue modeling and my passions was Show Me Your Mumu. I was working for them, when I started modeling and they encouraged me to go for it. Their successful company started with two best friends drinking margs in miami who thought it would be the dream to have a girl power clothing line for all body types. Their brand is currently killing it. The girls are probably drinking margs in Venice as we speak in their Mumus dreaming up a brand expansion plan like Mumu Muzzle, so their dogs can match their dresses.

4. WHAT IS YOUR DREAM BRAND TO WORK WITH?

For me, it’s more about dream places. I want to shoot in Ireland, northern France, Croatia and Puglia this year.

5.WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO YOUNG GIRLS AND WOMEN WHO ARE ASPIRING TO BECOME A SUCCESSFUL MODEL LIKE YOU, BUT ARE TOO AFRAID TO TRY ?

Find a friend that you are comfortable with and make her take your photo. It doesn’t have to be on a profession camera. The iPhone is great! If you try different outfits in the many types of light at all different angles and poses, you will learn what works for your body and face. Once you know yourself, put yourself out there and start test shooting and building a portfolio. It is okay to be afraid. It’s okay to be self conscience. It’s okay to not know what the hell your doing. Most of my favorite memories and photos are where I was trying something new and out of my comfort zone and 99 percent of it fails and 1 percent works. It’s that 1 percent that I hold on to and those 99 mistakes that I learn from. I wouldn’t be where I am today without failure.
