1. PRACTICE SELF LOVE
Wake up in the morning and try to find something positive about yourself. How you think in the morning greatly impacts your day in more ways than you know. In saying that, try to point out positive things that you like about yourself. Weather its your hair, eyes, body, personality, humour etc
2. STAY POSITIVE
Staying positive is usually easier said than done, but once practiced constantly, it’s more likely to become a habit and a way of life. There are so many things in life that are our out of our control, and the worst thing you can do is dwell on things like this. If you ever experience something like this, try to find the positive and make the best of the situation you are in!
3. BE GRATEFUL
Without even realising we are constantly taking things for granted. We live in a fast world which is mainly controlled and influenced by technology. A fast world where we can get most things we want instantly, so it’s quite normal to always be wanting the next best thing. Although it is extremely important to sometimes take a step back , look around and appreciate what we have. There are people out there praying for the things we take advantage of such as a roof over our heads, food on the table, clothes to keep us warm, health and family. Don’t let this world make you completely forget how lucky we are.
4. BE KIND
I know this sounds cliche but it is the honest truth. To be kind is way more powerful than to be mean, or patronising or cruel. Most of the time is we are having a bad day, it is easy to snap at others unintentionally or allow our emotions to control the way we react to situations. Being kind is so important, not only does it make you feel better but also is important to those around you. Being kind can really make someones day.
5. LIVE A BALANCED LIFESTYLE
Eat foods of value, and move your body. Doesn’t mean you have to eat healthy all the time or exercise all the time. Keep it balanced! Don’t deprive yourself from foods that you love, or events with the people you LOVE because you are so obsessed with eating very little food or exercising.
