My name is Anne-Marie Kanaan but everybody calls me AMK and I am the founder of MOVE with AMK. I initially started my brand as a social media blog and as the years went by it grew into something bigger than I had anticipated. The purpose of MOVE with AMK, is to inspire women love themselves, embrace their bodies, be strong, stay humble and most importantly stay true to themselves. My story and mission has been shared globally via different media platforms as I use my voice to raise awareness on important  social issues such as Anti-Bullying, Positive Body Image and Self worth. Being a victim of bullying, having low self esteem and seeing my younger sister go through anorexia, really opened my eyes to todays society and how unrealistic the “ideal body image” and “beauty” has been heavily portrayed in the media. My past experiences have taught me, that the key to being beautiful and happy lies within the MIND and As long as we are living a healthy/balanced lifestyle we are all beautiful no matter what shape or size we are. I made a promise to my 18 year old self that I would dedicate my whole life to making a change,  because every single girl, in this whole world, deserves the chance to feel beautiful ! 🖤
